Meet Colton Jones

Born and raised in Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, Colton Jones graduated from Sequoyah High School and went on to become a welder and pipe fitter.

Throughout his eight years of working for the union, he knew he wanted to one day be the creator and owner of his own business. After he began to clear the land he was ready to build on, he fell in love with heavy machinery and the ins and outs of excavation. Once he realized his passion, 1UP was born and has been going strong for the past four years.

Colton lives in Soddy-Daisy with his wife, Lauren, and three wonderful boys. When Colton is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, enjoying new restaurants, or hunting and riding in the woods.
